Dunkin' in Virginia

"This is a really cute and convenient spot to grab your sugary, caffeinated, fix. When entering the shop you are greeted with a warm baked scent of frosted doughnuts and mildly brewed coffee. I came in to grab all of my coworkers a doughnut to share a blessing and spread a little love. I got my order pretty fast and was greeted with lovely smiles. Thank you! Also I got a free medium coffee through the app to help kickstart my day :)"

"Every time I have come to this Dunkin, they have the best customer service of any that I have been to. They are really good at selecting employees for this location because I’ve dealt with 3, wish I remembered their names, but each of them has gone above and beyond. The other restaurants nearby have horrible customer service, but this team always makes us feel like we matter. The food is great too! Thanks for being positive and acting thankful for our business!"

"Always order with your app. This way your items are ready when you get there. Drive thru is usually super long and ordering inside is the longest. Apparently, there has been staffing issues for 6+ months. Great coffee as always though"

"This is my go to Dunkin. There is typically two young men working in the evenings and they are very friendly and efficient. The only issue I’ve came across is most the donuts are sold out by 5 and they don’t close until 9."

"Everyone at this Dunkin is always so nice. Sometimes the line is long and it takes a while, but they make my coffee perfectly every time. I’d rather wait for good coffee then go through quickly for not good coffee. It’s always the same people there and they remember my order and my son every time I go in, even if I haven’t gone in a while. They are all so sweet and it is my preferred dunkin for both the quality of the products they give me and the customer service. :-)"

"I came in to Dunkin’ for breakfast on Sunday and was met with a refreshing kind face and wonderful service from your employee, Grace. She offered me ideas on what to order because I had never been to Dunkin’ before, and showed great patience despite me taking my time. Her service was impeccable considering I came in during rush. Will be coming here again, loved my coffee and munchkins."

"I must say this is by far my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts to visit, this sign here tells no lies! I’m usually a little nervous when using public restrooms because I’m always expecting for it to be dirty due to the fact some of them are always dirty, but this store here lives up to their sign not only in the restroom but throughout the entire store. The service is friendly and the food is always fresh. I highly recommend this place for your next stop."

"I placed a mobile order online but didn't pick it up that day due to an emergency I had. I returned to this place the next day with my order receipt and Sucharitha gave me the order that I had not picked up. She was the one who helped me and was very kind. She is an example of good customer service. I picked up my order in the morning and I see all the young employees working very hard and with a good attitude. I highly recommend this place and am happy to witnessed the next generation doing great work and setting an example of a good worker who treats people with kindness and respect. I would definitely return to this place, thank you."
